Josh has led dynamic teams across the globe, supporting employees in numerous countries. His early adoption of AI technology has revolutionized the way professionals enhance their work and improve communication.

Josh's unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking drives FlashBenefits' mission to simplify and improve employee benefits communication.

Josh holds an MBA and a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota and is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational skills in German.

A devoted family man, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Mary and their three children, Alana, Elliott, and Iris. His hobbies include music, writing, art, photography, sailing, traveling, cooking, and exploring new technology.

Christine Bertram Hary

Christine is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of experience. She has a passion for helping employees understand their benefits and navigating the complexities of HR.

Christine holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from St. Catherine University.

Known for her empathetic approach and strong communication skills, she has successfully implemented numerous employee focused benefits and wellness programs. Christine's unique ability to simplify complex HR concepts ensures that employees fully understand and appreciate their benefits, contributing to a more engaged and satisfied workforce.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time up north with her husband Kyle and two dogs.
